Policies and Procedures for Retail Customers

As a wholesale nursery, we do not walk customers through and show them the plants, however, you may send an order ahead of time so we can have someone pull the plants before you arrive.

There is a minimum purchase price of $50.00. We need to know when the customer is coming and are therefore open by appointment only.

Consultations are available at $50.00/hr and you can buy time at half hour increments.

We are closed daily from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch.

Do not pull plants from the ground or pick up pots, as plants may go into shock. Please ask for assistance.

When shipping we have a $100.00 minimum with the exception of those in the trade who are requesting a sample and are paying shipping.

We will be moving to our new location at 15993 El Prado in Chino very soon. We will be open 2 weekends a month for retail customers.
